When canceling a session the business day before your scheduled appointment's date you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your service.  After hours (after 5pm day before), same day cancellations, and no shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Non arrival with no attempt of contact 15 minutes into a scheduled session time will be considered a no-show.  Pre-Paid sessions will not be reimbursed for same day cancellations.

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy.  Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 2 days direct notice via call or email when canceling appoitments.  This can allow us enough time to fit another client in to take your space.  We are a small business as every session is very important to us, especially during these times.
